Armando was gracious and professional when I booked five rooms for my friends. He showed me three room styles so I could choose what worked for the number of people in each room. The traditional rooms were comfortable and clean, and the courtyard was full of lovely greenery with two pools. All 11 friends were pleased with their rooms and plan to return. Many thanks to Armando and the hotel staff who look after the place!

The staff were the highlight for me, so kind and ready to help. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the hotel is close to several beaches and just steps from the center of Playa del Carmen. Breakfast was awful, though, and I’d skip it. There are several good breakfast spots right beside the hotel.

I’ve stayed here a few times and they’ve been consistently welcoming. The place is clean and lovely, and the staff are friendly, happy to answer questions, and create a nice atmosphere. Lots of places, including la 5a Avenida, are within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend it.

We got to Playa del Carmen at 3:00 in the morning and couldn’t find any hotels with rooms. This hotel took us in, and the service was great. The rooms were roomy, and I loved the welcoming, one-of-a-kind look of the place. I’d come back for sure.

Worst stay of our trip. The room was dirty, and the shower pressure was so weak that it was hard to wash properly, let alone wash my hair. The breakfast didn’t look appetizing, the room was boiling hot, and all the dishes were already dirty. I would’ve given zero stars if I could.
