I’ve been renting here long term for the past 4.5 years and am a permanent resident, so I plan to keep living here. There are only 24 units, with pools on the rooftop and ground floor. Security and grounds maintenance are excellent. The beach is two blocks away, and it’s close to 5th Ave but far enough that you don’t hear the noise. It’s a nice neighborhood, with a Tourist Police Station on the corner, plus an Italian restaurant, 7-11, and a pharmacy.
We’ll definitely come back. The area is safe and quiet, and the beach is very close, with showers and public restrooms. The loft garden has an excellent view, and the location is fabulous.
I rented the apartment through Airbnb, and everything was great. The rooms were excellent, and the pools were really nice. It’s a great location, just a five-minute walk from the beach and 5th Avenue, with no noise from the bars.
The hosts were quick to sort out any problems and really attentive throughout my stay. A great place to stay.
Apartment 204 was spotless and worked perfectly for our big family. The service was incredible 👏
