The location is great, close to everywhere, and the design is modern. But communication was really difficult. My room was filthy, the bed cover hadn’t even been cleaned, and I found bugs on the wall. The owner promised a partial refund but still hasn’t issued it. I’d only go if there’s a huge discount.

We loved the beautifully decorated apartment, the excellent service, and the great location near 5th ave. Everything was perfect. We’re going back and really recommend it!

The apartment is well equipped, including a kitchenette, so we saved a lot by making our own meals. It’s a great base for a vacation and for exploring places around Playa del Carmen. The building staff were friendly and helpful too.
