The room was fairly nice, but I stayed five nights and had several issues. The first-floor room at the back had a balcony facing service areas behind nearby restaurants, which wasn’t a pleasant view. Cleanliness was mediocre, especially in the bathroom: heavy limescale in the shower and buildup with early rust stains on the sink, mirror, and even the trash can. At night, two or three nearby venues played extremely loud music until 3 a.m. every night. Even with double windows, the bass came through clearly and made it impossible to sleep. If a quiet night matters to you, I’d look somewhere farther from 5th avenue.

The noise is unbearable, with people regularly blasting music until 3 AM. I complained several times, but nothing changed. The building also has constant power outages, sometimes leaving me in the dark for hours, and the elevator is ALWAYS breaking down. If you’re on a higher floor, expect to climb the stairs a lot. On top of that, the staff are rude, unhelpful, and aggressive when you ask for anything, with no empathy or professionalism when you raise a concern. Management seems to care only about collecting rent, not residents’ comfort. If you want a place that looks after its tenants, this isn’t it. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

The music next door is loud, and the front door never works. I had to book a hotel just to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The condo was clean and comfortable for a good price, with a clean pool and a gym that was inviting in the morning. The staff were absolutely lovely to us, and the place is close to everything. The music can be a bit loud if you’re coming with family, but we had a great time!
