We got to the property at 1 pm, only to find an email sent at noon saying there was a plumbing problem. There's no reception, and the contact person wouldn't answer when we called three times. A security guard called for us and got a response right away. They eventually offered another place for the same price, but it was clearly worth less. I'm disappointed by the late communication and by how rude the contact person was.
The pool area was very nice, but Apt. 301B needs work on both maintenance and cleanliness. I was disappointed and wouldn't recommend this apartment.
A nice spot, and the pool is good for taking a break...

The apartments are comfortable and everything is quite nice. It costs a lot, but I think it's worth it.
