The building is nice and central, but I wouldn’t stay here again. If you’re here longer than a month, the administration will rip you off on electricity and water. The lines aren’t separated by apartment, so residents say their actual costs aren’t disclosed. Instead, the administration estimates what you owe, and the amounts are suspiciously high every time. You have little choice because they hold your security deposit and won’t show the bill costs. On top of that, the building loses power for a day every month. Even if you find a relatively affordable apartment here, you can end up overpaying on those bills.

Axel was especially helpful when our check-in was delayed. The condo is beautiful, with a sea view, in a nice part of PdC. We stayed in Unit 410, a two-bedroom with big windows and a TV with Netflix. Recommend.

This was our second stay at Miranda, and we love coming here. The location is second to none, and staying here always makes you feel first class. The rooftop pool is great.

We had a beautiful, clean unit, and the rest of the building was clean too. The rooftop pool was well kept and had a great view. Restaurants and shops are close enough to walk to, including the shopping street they call “la Quinta.” Just watch out there, some hustlers may try to take advantage, especially if you don't speak Spanish. We really liked the place. If it's within your budget, renting a whole unit is a great option, and it includes private parking.

The rooftop terrace was breathtaking, and the unit turned out bigger and nicer than we expected. It may be the most beautiful place we've ever stayed. We'd definitely come back.
