Clean, comfortable room and good value for money. The staff were lively, and getting to the 5th Ave shops was easy.

We were four people, but when we arrived there were no sheets for the sofa bed. We took one from the main bed and used another one that had holes. At the start of the stay they give you only two toilet rolls, so for a week you’ll need to get more yourself. The safe never worked, and the owner didn’t respond to the couple of emails we sent. I’m still waiting. The place is at the end of 5th avenue. Not a good experience for us.

Be careful! The owner of apartment 205, Maria, is a liar and a scammer. They don’t return the deposit at the end of the lease, and the condominium administration doesn’t respond at all!
