Silvia made our stay even better with lovely breakfasts and really useful suggestions for beaches, restaurants, and places to explore. My family and I were all very happy here, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The villa felt like a little paradise, with beautiful palm trees, a clean cenote-water pool, and a small fountain in the middle. It was peaceful, safe, and comfortable for anyone looking for a quiet break. I give full marks for the villa, rooms, location, cleanliness, food, and staff.

A lovely patio with a pool and loungers, clean rooms with everything we needed, and tasty breakfasts made this a great place for a family holiday. It’s cozy and quiet. Sylvia, the hotel manager, is incredibly nice. She can point you to the best spots along the coast and made our stay more comfortable.

Chris and his wife Karin are such sweet people. They go out of their way to work around your needs and vacation plans. Karen’s Blueberry pancakes are delicious, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The whole property is kept in pristine condition. You can use the wonderful pool whenever you like, and the place feels like your own home. My wife and I are staying here for the first time, but we’ll definitely return when we come back to Playa del Carmen. I recommend it 110% for a vacation in Playa del Carmen. Come visit them. The prices are really good for all the amenities.
