A rooftop pool and fantastic location make this a great place during the day, but at night it was a nightmare for families. Live rock bands play at the bars until about 1-2am, and there’s no sound insulation. The elevator was broken the whole stay. If you’re here to party, it may suit you. With children, I’d stay away.

Playa Moments turned out to be really great. Nolita is an older building with some problems, but they did their best to fix the issues. They were fair about the electricity cost per unit. It is loud, sure, but the music is festive and happy. Thanks for everything, guys!

It’s not the best place to stay, but being close to 5th avenue and mamitas beach makes up for it.

Great spot and a wonderful pool, but way too loud at night.
