It was really noisy. Cleaning on every floor started around 7:30-8:00 am and woke everyone up. There were only 4 chairs on the rooftop, so there wasn’t room up there.

Lovely studio for a week exploring PDC. My balcony faced the road, so it was a bit louder at night.

The place itself is nice and well located, close to 5th Avenue and the beach. I really enjoyed my stay at first, but days after it ended they told me they’d charge extra for a stained towel. I’d reported it in a private message after leaving feedback, and now they’re charging me for the entire laundry service. That feels unfair and, to me, like an abuse of power. There was nobody available to validate my checkout, so I can’t go back and take photos or gather evidence. How convenient, right? They had also initially charged me for a cleaning service that never happened. Just be aware of this and photograph everything in case an issue comes up later.
