Palmas by NAS

This place is more dependable than many other buildings in Playa, especially when it comes to water pressure and internet. The building management keeps things fairly clean, though they could do a better job with the pool. They ask renters to wear wristbands, but don't seem very strict about it. Reviews can be misleading since each unit belongs to a different owner who manages it separately. No real complaints from me. It's a solid place.

I’ve lived here as an owner with my best friend and neighbor, Catherine, since the building was built. We love meeting all the people who come during tourist season, and Palmares staff really are the best. Jesus is the kind of manager any building would be lucky to have. We care about everyone here like family.

We had such a good time in Playa! The condo is lovely and perfectly located, close to the beach and just a few blocks from 5th avenue. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to stay nearby. Thanks for everything, Mexico, and thanks to Sophie for being such a wonderful host.

The location made everything easy, with the beach, 5th, and a grocery store across the street all nearby. We felt safe the whole time. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed, and Laura and Sophie were always available with helpful recommendations. Great condos and service from PDC Condo Rentals. I'd happily stay with them again if I return to Playa.
