The rooftop seating and private hot tub were great, though don’t expect the water to be hot. My unit had everything I needed to cook, and there are lots of eateries nearby. The pool is beautiful and cool, with a waterfall that makes the area feel more relaxing. It’s a gorgeous, comfy place, just two short blocks from the beach and one block from Avenida Quinta. Coco Bongo is also steps away. I’ll definitely want to stay here again when I’m back in Playa Del Carmen!

We were right by the city center and ADO bus station, just a minute on foot, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a parking spot assigned to each unit. But the noise outside was a lot: there’s construction next door starting at 7, and the surrounding roads stay very busy around the clock. Our window was broken, so we couldn’t open it.

We spent a month at Playa Kaan and really enjoyed it. The grounds are attractive and kept in good shape, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s also one of the best locations for getting to everything while still being quiet at night.

Right in the middle of noisy downtown PDC, but Playa Kaan itself feels like a peaceful little paradise. CoCo Bongo 5th Ave, shops, and well-known restaurants are just a few steps away. The apartments are sweet, furnished, and equipped for rent. There’s a big ground-floor pool, 24/7 security, a wheelchair ramp, secured parking, and CCTV cameras. Seems suited to short vacations or longer stays too 🔝💞

We stayed at Playa Kaan for a week in 2018. The location was really good, close to everything, and the condo was a nice two-bedroom place with one bathroom and a kitchen. The pool was very nice too. I’d stay there again if I got the chance.
