The map pin is in the wrong place. The hotel is on CTM between 5th and 10th. The building is new, so there is construction material lying around, but the rooms are clean and good, with new sheets and towels. Each room seems to have a little kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and some pans. Great for the price and location, with a small breakfast and dinner included at a nearby restaurant.

The location is close to the center, so getting around on foot was easy. There's no hotel sign, and reception is behind a tinted window. Parking is available in front, but it's a paid lot during the day. The daytime receptionist was helpful enough and told us dinner and breakfast were included in the room price. The photos make the hotel look clean and show a pool, but the pool was more like a dusty, unusable paddling pool. Our room was dirty, and then the water went off. The night receptionist didn't understand the problem and moved us to a second room, much smaller than the first even though there were four of us. Water ran there, but it was cold, so we had a very chilly shower.

I found the services here disastrous. If anything goes wrong, getting a refund is impossible, and they take card payments without giving a receipt. The property is still promoted on booking websites despite this. To me, this place is a typical scam.

I didn't feel safe in the rooms, and the staff didn't seem to know what was available on the premises. The hotel has no name, and the address they give is different from the one on Booking.com. Breakfast is very basic, with flavored water instead of coffee or milk.
