The condo was peaceful, with lovely neighbors and a quiet, senior-friendly community. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach and a couple of blocks from a popular shopping area. The condo itself, though, looked more worn than the online photos suggested. The furniture, lighting, and general condition could use attention, and basic things like paper towels and extra toilet paper weren't provided. We were told check-in wasn't until 4 PM, which was awkward with all our luggage. A nearby partner hotel kindly stored our bags, and when we came back at 4:30, housekeeping was still finishing up. We didn't mind that short wait. There were only four general-use towels and no white bath towels. The property replied quickly when we asked for more, explaining that extra towels usually cost more, but they made an exception. The two towels that arrived had noticeable stains. Luckily, we had brought our own bath sponges. With updates and more care for guest essentials, this could be a much more comfortable stay.
