I spent almost six months here and had such a lovely time. Mrs. Hilda (cleaning) and Carlos (maintenance) looked after me so well that they came to feel like family. The location was great, and when I come back, I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for making me feel so cared for. Hasta luego!

I’d seen some negative reviews and was a bit nervous, but our stay went really well. The room was clean when we arrived, and someone was available to help if anything came up. It’s close to 5th Avenue, though a fair way down from the main attractions there. We’d stay again!

The problems began before check-in. I was told I’d have to pay an extra electricity bill because my stay was longer than 28 days, though I hadn’t seen that mentioned when booking. My booking agency helped sort it out, so I didn’t have to pay more. The host wasn’t very helpful or friendly. The apartment wasn’t very clean when I arrived: there were stains on the bed, hair and dirt on the floor. I messaged the host, who said she’d pass it on, but nothing changed. A few days later I asked whether they would clean those areas, and they wanted me to pay for an extra cleaning. That didn’t feel fair. Extra toilet paper and fresh towels also cost money, or you have to arrange them yourself. The rooftop pool looks nice in the pictures, but I never used it.

Great Playa vibe in these Rústico Nativo Style studios. They’re right by the action on 5ta Ave, close to the beach, and the rooftop is awesome.
