The rooms are small and a little worn, so don’t expect much at this price. Still, you get a bed, stove, mini fridge, shower, cable TV, and strong Wi-Fi. For budget travel, honestly, that’s everything you need in a hotel room. The staff are very friendly, and the front desk guy is especially nice and speaks English if you need it. It’s a short taxi ride to the major parks, Xcaret, xplor, and the new xenses. The front desk can arrange a taxi, though finding one yourself is easy. If you were already planning on staying at a resort, this review probably isn’t for you.

Being near the beach, Fifth Avenue, and shopping centers made getting around easy. The staff were great, and the place was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. It also had kitchenware, a fridge, and an electric stove.

The manager was friendly and really helpful, and I felt very secure here. The place was clean and comfortable, with the best spots on 5th Avenue close by.
