The place has a lovely pool, a peaceful setting, and a good location, but it was terribly managed. I would only stay here as a last resort, as we did. We needed three beds, and everywhere else with three in one unit cost about twice as much. Pay extra and enjoy your time in Mexico. The elevator door nearly closed on two of my family members as they were getting in. It didn't reopen and kept closing. Thankfully, we weren't hurt. In our unit, the air conditioner leaked into the bathroom, making it unusable, and staff never came to fix it after we reported it. The refrigerator was warm, with only the freezer working. Try enjoying a vacation with melted butter, warm milk and vegetables, and warm juice. Several tiles were loose or broken, and we stumbled over them more than once. The shower head wasn't attached properly and had only one screw, though it needs two. We found two cockroaches during our four-night stay. The beds had no sheets and hadn't been made when we arrived, and a random mattress was stored next to the kitchen.

Our unit was large, modern, and spacious, and the property itself was beautiful. The gym is well equipped and great. It's steps from 5th ave, with all the restaurants and shops, yet the place stays quiet and peaceful. It's very secure, and the friendly security staff are always willing to help. I can't say enough nice things about it. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The only real plus is being close to 5th avenue. The administration and staff have no manners and are very unfriendly, so I don't recommend this for a vacation. You can't enjoy the pool or lounge areas because they seem to be there just for show. You're watched constantly, and noise levels are monitored. It's not kid-friendly, and the rules and policies are very strict.

Our unit worked perfectly for a long stay: roomy, well equipped, and comfortable. The complex is lovely, with two pools, a gym, and a big shaded palapa with comfortable places to sit. It’s centrally located on a quiet street, and the staff at the front gate were consistently friendly and professional.
