The kitchen setup is handy, but our room was missing forks. Reception first said they'd bring some. An hour later I had to call again, and they said they weren't allowed to give out extras, without having told me that earlier. I pointed out that we had none at all, and eventually got two forks. It took an hour and a half. Before arriving, we messaged about an airport transfer and a few small details. Despite this being Marriott, they insisted on replying in Spanish and ignored the messages we sent in English, so I had to translate every message. At check-in, the terms document we were asked to sign was also in Spanish. When I asked for an English copy so I could understand what I was signing, the receptionist visibly got annoyed, stopped talking and gave us no basic information about breakfast, checkout or how the hotel worked. Over our six days, the room was supposedly cleaned three times, but the sheets and pillowcases were never changed. Breakfast had very few options, which was fine, but they rarely replenished things, even the hot water. I asked for tea and waited about 30 minutes before they poured water into the dispenser. It's a shame the employees let the name and facilities down.

The location by the highway made the room noisy, and the airport shuttle we booked through Marriott never showed up. After waiting an hour, we paid for a taxi ourselves. There was no manager available, and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and couldn't help. Breakfast was chaotic, with dishes often empty and tables left uncleared. The lobby furniture looked worn, and the desk staff weren't very helpful. Room cleaning was superficial, with towels not replaced and several spots left dirty. It was a very disappointing stay, and I can't recommend the hotel.

The rooftop bar had unforgettable views, and every cocktail we tried was delicious. The drink menu was great, too. Junior Adair, Juan Carlos Angelixa, and Juan Carlos Torresz gave us such friendly, top-notch service. Definitely recommend a visit, and we'll be back! 🌇🍹✨

The rooms are spacious and clean, with views over the golf course, and the gym is well equipped. There's also a rooftop pool. It was surprisingly quiet despite being next to the highway. The complimentary shuttle from Cancún airport is run by a third-party transport company. Check the voucher from the hotel to see which one you're booked with. We had MTS, easy to spot outside terminal 4 in pink and white uniforms.

We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, and the rooms were very spacious. It was nice, except the floors felt sticky. Breakfast was the part we didn't enjoy: there were so many people and too few servers, too little food and not enough plates. We waited a long time even to get spoons and forks.
