The location is hard to beat, right on 5th ave and only a two-minute walk from beautiful Mamitas beach. It’s my favorite place to stay when I’m in Play Del Carmen. The rooms are lovely, the property is well kept, and the staff make you feel welcome.

I’ve stayed here a few times and keep coming back. The apartments are nice, clean, and private, right in the middle of everything. Abril and Veronica are always great about making sure our needs are taken care of.

The rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect. I stay at the royal palms two or three times a year, and it’s a great choice for a trip with family or friends.

The condo has lovely high ceilings and a courtyard pool. It’s in a gated community with security onsite, and everything is very central. I stayed here on my trip to PDC and found the beach was about a 10-minute walk away.

Great value for such a good spot, close to the shops and restaurants along 5th avenue. My room had air conditioning, nice views, two televisions, a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and water cooler. There’s a concierge too. The room was nice and I have no complaints.
