The flat was gorgeous, new, and fully equipped. Our hosts were very polite and communicated really well. We had private basement parking, and the premises were monitored around the clock. There was also a lovely pool on the seventh floor just above us. We didn't need to buy bottled water every day either, thanks to the 20-liter dispenser. The catch is the location: being so close to the beach area means you can hear fairly loud music and other noise from the bars and clubs.

I stayed in 305, and the apartment matched its description exactly. It has a soundproof door, so the karaoke bar near the building didn't come through. Keep in mind the units all have different managers, so experiences may vary from one to another. Mine was amazing! :)

We travel a lot, and Playa has been a regular stop for us. This was easily our best condo stay here. Karen M and the team went beyond what we expected. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in a good location. Looking forward to coming back. Kudos to everyone.

Sleep was a real struggle here. Across the street there's a loud karaoke bar with an open bamboo roof, and the building's open hallways let the sound carry. Six nights a week, from 5 pm until 3 am, there's drunk singing, mostly shouting into microphones over the music. Even with two kinds of earplugs, the thin outside door shook. I ended up blasting white noise through my AirPods to try to sleep. We booked through Airbnb and wouldn't recommend the place. It was louder than any hostel I've stayed in.
