It’s a nice, quiet building with good people, and there’s a grocery store very close by. The condos and location are nice. The gym is only so-so: the treadmill is broken and it’s missing weights for the bench. It could be better equipped for a condo gym.

I’ve been living here for a while, and it’s been a positive experience overall. The complex is clean and well maintained, with a very nice rooftop. Sandra, who currently works at the front desk, speaks English and has been super helpful. Staff have been great, though they come and go pretty frequently. There’s construction next door, so expect some noise. Downtown seems to have something going on wherever you go, but this place stays fairly quiet at night while still being close to all the action. Living next to the workout stadium should help keep you in shape ;)

The pool is fantastic, especially when there are seagrass events. The service is outstanding, and they deliver water for 20 Pesos so you don’t have to carry it. The gym is modern and has some dumbbells, though it’s more geared toward cardio. Evolve at the 24th is a good gym; on the way there, you can drop off laundry and grab a bite. The area already feels well developed despite all the new buildings. It takes about a 20-minute walk to reach the loud, crowded center, and I always take the fun route along 5th Avenida. This really is a perfect place to stay, and I’d return.

The roof has a big pool area and a gym, and these are awesome condos. Construction is going on right now for another building that seems to connect to Solea. Some days it gets very loud and disturbing, but it should be fine if you’re not trying to sleep or record sound in the middle of the day.
