Soul Beach Boutique Hotel & Spa

Construction in the building made it hard to relax, and the thin walls let noise travel easily between rooms. This is advertised as a four-star hotel, but my stay didn't meet that standard. If a quiet, premium experience is what you're after, you may want to look elsewhere.

The rooftop pool was amazing, the rooms were clean, and the staff were really friendly. The hotel is in a great spot, just 100 meters from the main street, but still quiet. The beach is a five-minute walk away. I really enjoyed my stay and can only recommend it.

The name has changed, but it hasn't been updated on Google or other platforms, which made it hard to find the place. There was no water one day, and the toilet was broken another day. It took them more than 12 hours to fix it, and they said they didn't have anyone available. They seem to be in some kind of transition while changing the place, but the management is very poor and there's nothing good about the place. It's not worth it, even with the good location. The room was really small with hardly anywhere to sit. I don't know what the front desk staff are doing for a five-star hotel. Google should contact them about correcting the name. There's also extremely loud construction outside, and you can hear everything.

The location was excellent, near Quinta Avenida walk, clubs, beaches, and the ADO station. I loved the hotel and staff. They were so sweet and made me feel really appreciated on my birthday.
