The home was just right, the price was fair, and Playacar Vacation Rentals gave excellent service. Before we even left home, they paid attention to the details. They stocked the fridge, arranged a personal chef, and even managed to reach the taxi driver to get an iPhone back. Email replies were clear and on time, and customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

They handled a last-minute change to our reservation by accommodating us at another amazing property. Angelica was a big help. We had a wonderful stay, would recommend it, and hope to visit again.

The AC was broken for the first few days. They didn't repair it properly, then stopped answering our calls. We paid for a three-bedroom place but couldn't stay in the rooms, so we slept on the living room couches. I wouldn't be this upset if they had moved us or offered compensation. Leaving a pregnant woman on a couch in dangerously hot weather was unacceptable, especially after we paid a few thousand dollars.
