I work remotely, so internet is a must, but it didn’t work at all in our room. We also found the hotel was going to put us in a lower category than the one listed on booking.com. When we asked to cancel through booking.com, we were told we’d have to pay 88 usd unless the Manager approved it. She laughed at us on the phone and said it wasn’t her problem that we had no internet, and she wouldn’t accept the cancellation. I used to work in a lot of hotels, and this was horrible customer service. Don’t book this place.

I was going to book a month here at a very, very high price, but changed my mind after reading that there was no water, the Wi-Fi and TV weren’t working, there were a lot of cucaracha, and no one provided help with any of it. They should show people more respect.

I loved the atmosphere and the whole experience, from the customer service to how convenient the location was for the beach and everything else. The pricing was amazing, and you get so much value for your money. I’m definitely coming back. Definitely recommend!

No one answered the phone number they gave us. We waited until 5am, then eventually had to leave. Money wasted. Looks like scammers.

Cockroaches were everywhere, and it was hard to get in touch with the staff.
