The rooftop pool has a great city view, and the customer service was great. Our room had no TV, just one trash can and a couple of towels. The refrigerator didn’t keep things cold unless we put the food and drinks in the freezer.

The terrace was full of sand and hadn’t been cleaned properly, but it was still an excellent place to stay. The city centre is about a 1 km walk away, and the beach and nightlife are also within easy walking distance.

Giovanni was great and helped with anything we needed, even finding an apartment in town. The place was clean and modern, and you can’t beat the price.

For a new place, the price is reasonable, and the price-to-product ratio is good overall. It may be a little too new, since it’s still missing a TV, bedside lamps, a trash can, and a few other small things. You also have to pay cash.

The rooms were clean and the staff very nice. It’s comfortable and well located, just around the corner from 5th avenue. They only take cash, so keep that in mind.
