Vedra Apartments

The rooftop is nice, but you can’t go up before 9am. The location is good, close to the supermarket and the center. I don’t recommend renting unit 101. It’s dark, with a closed patio walled off so no light gets in, and the shower pressure is too weak to wash your hair. I found it unclean when I arrived and cleaned it myself. At checkout, they charged me to clean the patio, even though you can’t use it anyway. They also charged me for being late, although the checkout time had been agreed the day before with the woman handling administration.

I stayed in cond 101 for eight days and have already booked the same spot for June. The location is the best part: four blocks from 5th Ave, two blocks from a food store and pharmacy, and local beer and food within a five-minute walk. The condo was tastefully furnished, with a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom. It had a nice-sized bedroom and a bathroom with a shower that rains down from the ceiling. No issues at all.

Good location. I’m renting one at $17,000 on a six-month lease.

I’ve lived here for a year now. It’s a safe building in an excellent spot for getting to the beach, downtown, and several large supermarkets.
