The staff were bad. My Rayban and watch suddenly disappeared, and nobody on staff took responsibility. The room cleaning was poor too. One day it was literally full of water, and when I complained, the extremely unfriendly receptionist told me to clean it myself. That same night, we got stuck inside the hotel because I’d lost my key and he refused to give me another one. They lock the front door after midnight and go home, so there’s no 24/7 reception. The manager mistreated us.

For the price, it’s fantastic, with a lovely, stylish feel. The bed isn’t the most comfortable, and breakfast could be better, but you get what you pay for. It’s changed its name and is Villa Tun Tun now.

The rooms are clean and well equipped, but I’ve had no water in the shower one day, and today makes four days in a row without hot water.

A cozy, very clean place with kind staff. I’d recommend it!
