The bed was comfortable, the place itself is very nice, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Still, the staff weren't as friendly as other reviews suggest, and the restaurant and bar are closed. It doesn't look like they'll reopen. At 2 am, a truck came to deliver water and made an incredible amount of noise for over half an hour, keeping me awake. That felt pretty rude for a place people rent to sleep. Thankfully, I hadn't paid for my second night yet, so I took my business somewhere else.

We only stayed a couple of days, but I could have happily spent a week there. The bar’s fresh cocktails made it tempting to stay in, and the downtown sights were an easy five-minute walk away. The location itself isn't amazing, but the facilities and staff went well beyond what I expected. The recent renovations feel elegant and cozy. Valet parking: pull up out front and someone will come help.

We came for our wedding anniversary and were touched by the thoughtful message cards from the employees. The interiors are beautiful and artistic, and our room had an eclectic style. Everyone working there was so kind. It’s also easy to walk to the tourist attractions. The whole trip was made memorable by our stay, and I’d highly recommend this place.

The hotel looks lovely, but the service was close to mediocre, which was a shame. We had to figure out ourselves that we needed to ask reception for hot water in the shower each time. Even though the hotel was empty, they put us in a room with no window. Breakfast was being sold, but the kitchen and bar were closed at the time.

The rooms had plenty of space, and there were lovely spots to sit and unwind in the courtyard. It felt like a hidden gem on the edge of Centro historico. Great hotel.
