I only stayed one night, but I’d gladly come back. The staff are genuinely friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the location is superb. Be sure to check out the chill area on the second floor. Fantastic hostel.

I’ve stayed at plenty of hostels and hotels during my trips in Mexico, but it’s rare for the whole team to be this welcoming and kind. Best hostel in Puebla, just like they say. Memo, Ale, Julian, Lupita, Diego and Kolya, thanks for looking after us. Memo, you’re doing great, man, and thanks for the Spanish lessons. I came for a day, then extended for a couple more because you all had things organized and planned for us.

We had a nice, sociable stay, and the dorm beds and pillows were comfortable, with curtains for privacy. One thing that could use attention is the shower head in our room. Most of the water sprays onto the wall and gets wasted, so the shower isn’t as good as it could be.

The private room I booked was gorgeous, and the staff were absolutely lovely. The location is perfect too. I loved everything about this place, and it really earns the Boutique Hostel title. I’d definitely stay here again if I make it back to Puebla.
