The location is excellent, and I felt the security was great. There are good amenities, including a gym, pool, breakfast, and room service, and the food was good. The bed was comfortable, though the service could be a little better. My room had neither a microwave nor a fridge for keeping a drink cold, and the shower towels were old. I'd still recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was good, but at this price there are better hotels nearby. Some rooms don't have Smart TVs, which is hard to excuse.

Being connected to the mall made the area feel so pleasant that the security seemed more like a service than a necessity. The front desk staff were great, and since I'm English, I appreciated that someone was always available to speak with me. The room was very nice too. Thumbs up, a very nice hotel.

We stayed in a junior suite with our baby, and it was spacious and clean. They also provided a crib. The buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted delicious, and the staff were great. Since the hotel is inside a mall, everything we needed was right there. I'll definitely come back when I visit my family again.

The room needed a more thorough clean. There was chewed gum on the floor when we arrived, and it was filthy beneath the sofa and its cushions. The floors need mopping too, our feet turned black every time we walked barefoot. The staff, from the front desk to the room cleaners, were kind and helpful, and the mall had everything we needed. Not having a tub or refrigerator was a minor inconvenience. Great hotel location.
