The rooftop pool and the hotel's easy-to-explore-from location were a big part of why we wanted to stay longer. We ended up extending our trip for more time here. Everything was spotless, and the facilities and design are stunning. We did have a small problem with the first room, but the team sorted it quickly by moving us to a beautiful suite. The staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help, especially Diana, who made the stay memorable. Thanks to her and everyone at Perla Boutique Hotel. We can't wait to come back.

Fernando was so accommodating, and the doorman/porter, whose name I unfortunately don't know, was very sweet. We loved the techy feel of the room. It was also huge, from the bed and bathroom to the shower and TV, and everything was spotless. The rooftop pool was lovely, the service was great, and the location worked perfectly for us. I think rooms may differ a little, so other guests might have a different experience, but we definitely recommend this hotel.

You can really relax here, and the rooftop pool is a nice bonus. The location is right in the center. The building is beautiful, and the interiors feel elegant and luxurious, with lots of attention to detail even if the style isn't for you. It has everything you might need. Highly recommend.

Diana at the front desk was really helpful. She showed us around and explained how the room electronics worked. When we noticed the sink leaking a bit, she was in our room within a minute to check it. Five minutes later, we'd been upgraded to a stunning suite with a balcony. Excellent service.

The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view, and the pool is nice. We had a great time here. The hotel was really clean, in a great location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room's control tablet does take a little getting used to.
