The food and service were both lovely, and the staff were so kind and attentive. At breakfast, Mr. Hector Telles went out of his way to help a member of our group who was feeling very unwell. He did everything he could to make her feel a little better, and I noticed his care throughout the meal. We also had a wonderful evening listening to live music by two musicians. Everyone in my group enjoyed the atmosphere. When we first arrived, we were greeted with a delicious welcome drink that the whole group appreciated. As a tour leader, I value places where the welcome feels heartfelt and thoughtful, and that care came through here from the start. This is one of my favorite hotels in Mexico, and certainly in Puebla. Thank you for everything. I plan to stay again next time I'm in Puebla.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of old world charm. Service was great, too. It's a historic hotel with a lot of character, just about a block from the plaza and cathedral. The layout is unusual, with rooms facing an open courtyard that now has a roof. There's a pool and spa in the courtyard.

We were there on a school trip, and the staff were a big help with everything our students needed. The rooms were clean and kept up well. Breakfast was a very nice buffet, and Hector, who served us, was attentive.

Mesero Hector Tellez was fantastic serving breakfast, friendly, chatty, and very attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, an old place with lots of history. The staircase is especially stunning.

Hector made us feel at home and kept checking that we'd eaten enough before heading out for a big day of exploring. The staff were exceptional. It's a lovely hotel in a central spot, handy for seeing Puebla and going shopping.
