I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I ate at the main restaurant twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner on flamenco night. Dinner was the memorable one. I ordered the whole fish talla verde, which was interesting and full of flavor. My friends loved the mussels and chicken, and I was very happy with my choice. The hummus was the best I’ve had, even in Greece, and the togarashi made it. With the flamenco performance and Missy looking after us so well, it was a lovely evening. It even made me think about staying at the hotel on my next trip to Cabo.

We came to San Jose Del Cabo for my daughter’s wedding with a group of 60, and Hotel El Ganzo took wonderful care of our family and friends. I’m so grateful for the hospitality. Service was prompt, dependable, and friendly throughout, from room service, housekeeping, and concierge to dining, the pool, check-in and checkout, the spa and gym, and places for our group to gather or sit quietly and relax. The art throughout the hotel was stunning, and the music set the mood during the day. Hotel El Ganzo exceeded my expectations. I’d love to come back to this beautiful area and stay here again.

A safe, great neighborhood, and anything on that side of the bridge is wonderful. The restaurant is very good, with three or four Michelin-rated or Michelin-mentioned restaurants about five minutes away. This is one of our favorite hotels. The service is impeccable, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and great, and the rooftop pool is spectacular. We love the vibe and highly recommend staying here.

Watching the marina in the morning was peaceful and lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The tub was a nice extra for relaxing. Some parts of the hotel feel a bit run down, and service was only okay, but the comfort and views made for a pretty good stay.

We booked dinner easily on OpenTable because we wanted to catch the flamenco dancer and band on Wednesday night. We got there early enough to look around the hotel and pier. The hotel supports local artists, and the place felt colorful and eclectic. Dinner was outside, with yachts coming into the marina as the fabulous Alebrije Flamenco group played, though without the dancer. We had creative dishes from the chef too. It was a really enjoyable evening with my husband.
