Abbey del Sol

The beach and plenty of bars and restaurants are just a short walk away, and there are free bikes too. Our room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and patio were beautiful. We had an amazing stay and I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The pool was perfect for cooling down after a day exploring, and the town center is an easy walk away. We stayed in apartment 5 with my wife and our two-year-old daughter, and this was our second wonderful visit. The rooms were clean, and the staff were super friendly, just like last time.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the pool was well looked after with lots of loungers. Our modern, clean apartment had a huge bed. Even though we arrived late, getting in was easy and parking was straightforward.

We love the pool at Casa Anita. It’s a proper pool, not just somewhere to dip in, and was great for cooling off in the heat. The house is only a block from the beach and beach clubs, and Puerto Morelos is our favorite town in Mexico. We were happy to find so many new restaurants since our last trip, and hope to return soon. We first stayed here in 2021 and came back this year. It was just as wonderful. The bedrooms are roomy, the beds comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a treat. The kitchen has what you need to cook, and they even leave some coffee. The A/C works really well. Before guests arrive, housekeeping makes the house welcoming, with lovely towel arrangements using flowers from the garden. The garden staff keep the grounds pristine, too. Everyone at Abbey del Sol is friendly and ready to help, especially Mary. This review is for Casa Anita, managed by Abbey del Sol and located right across the street from the main office.
