The beach is just a 10min walk away, and the people there are super nice and kind. We felt secure in this private, gated community with 24/7 security personnel. The house we stayed in also had video cameras, and the property has a pool and GYM. 100% recommended. House 28 is the best, listed on Airbnb and Vrbo as Beautiful Sea of Cortez View, Bella Vista.

There's a pool, workout room, and BBQ area in this small, nice community. Bella Vista Homes is gated, has 24-hour security, and offers condos and town homes across from Sandy Beach. Good options to rent or buy.

It's nice for a big family, but I wouldn't recommend it. Disgusting! The upstairs restroom was dirty when we arrived, the sheets weren't clean, and the pillows smelled like armpits. Just gross 🤮. Never again. The pool was sooo disgusting and isn't filtered!!! Don't go in it, it was gross.

They tried to charge us an extra $45 for something they claimed we "broke," even though no one stayed in that room or had even gone in there. Major scam. Do NOT stay here!
