Casa Evita 3 Bedroom Beachfront Home

From 07/11/2021 to 07/17/2021, we stayed at Casa Evita. We had stayed there before with the same group and never had water problems like this. This time, after we arrived, the water ran out on day two, and then every day after that. I emailed the house manager, Omar Tirado, to report it. They would bring some water after a while, but then we’d run out again. During our final 24 hours, the water stopped around 3 p.m. and didn’t return until a weak trickle started at 3:50 a.m., barely enough to wash our faces and comb our hair before leaving. Before the trip, I had asked Omar Tirado whether the supply problem was fixed. He said yes, and that there would be enough water for our entire stay. There was also a collision involving my parked vehicle and a staff member’s vehicle. I saw it happen through a window, photographed both vehicles, and confronted the staff member. She denied everything and left. When I brought it to her supervisor, Omar Tirado, he took her side. I then asked him to cover at least my $500.00 Dlls deductible so I could get my vehicle repaired, after filing with my insurance. He acted as though he hadn’t heard me. After that, he didn’t answer any of my emails, including the ones asking for water. My insurer said I would have to take them to court to recover anything. That could take months and require several trips from the US to Mexico, which isn’t feasible with my work in the US. Paying the deductible is cheaper than trying to get justice, and even then I might not get it. Welcome to Casa Evita!

A great place with a fantastic view. We loved it in every way.

We had a wonderful experience staying here with family. The accommodations were lovely.

For me, this is the best place to stay in Mexico.
