I don't want to freak anyone out, but this was in 2024, and my family and I had stayed here on vacation years earlier. We hadn't been back for years. Right away, we started hearing children laughing and crying inside our rooms during the day. Staff confirmed there was a cemetery behind the hotel and said other guests in our rooms had reported paranormal activity. We stayed four days and three nights, but I can't say how much we wanted to get up and leave. My kids had scratches and bruises, among other things. If you have kids, please find another hotel. After what happened to mine, I would. Please don't go!

I went in with an open mind because the price was so cheap, but the stay wasn't worth it. We booked a double room with two beds and got a single room with one bed instead. They wouldn't fix the mistake or work with me or Expedia. The manager was rude, unhelpful, and seemed indifferent. The room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work, there was no toilet paper, and the bedspread in our non-smoking room had cigarette burns. The experience was so bad that I left for Best Western Loas Mar without a refund. Expedia tried to help, and Alex, a very nice security guard, was kind, but it all came down to the manager, who didn't care. None of the staff, including management, spoke English. It also looked like local people were living at the hotel, not just staying there.

It was okay for the price, pretty much what you'd expect. There was broken furniture in the room, and the TV remote didn't work. The shower still had hair from the previous guest, and they didn't clean daily. Staff don't speak English.

I stayed the weekend of June 9th 2017, and this was the worst place I've ever stayed. For what they charge, Motel 6 is better. The service was terrible, the pool very dirty, and the rooms nasty, with broken furniture and no TV. The A/C worked whenever it felt like it. Overall, a horrible place.

It's a good hotel for the price we paid and the days we stayed. It's not a luxury place, but I do recommend it. They have security 24 hours and good customer service. 👍
