My parents had to switch rooms twice. The heat didn’t work in the first one, and the second room, room 141, was full of bed bugs. They came home covered in bites. No apology or refund was offered. DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 141!

The price was reasonable, but the welcome from the guests was rather reserved. They didn’t mention there was a restaurant on the property, explain where it was safe to park, or tell us the pool hours. 🤔

A nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff.

The hotel is in a good location, but the bathroom is too small. There’s no regular toilet paper roll either, just the kind you’d find in a bar bathroom.

The food was good, but the bathroom tiles and towels could use a thorough cleaning.
