I left E207 after just one night of the three I’d booked for December 2025, as soon as I could arrange somewhere else. I’m quite sure there was mold in the unit. The owner said he’d had “mold guys” there, but wouldn’t refund the two unused nights. He did return $300 from my total cost of $717.

Rocky Point is a place I love, and this is right in the middle of downtown. It may not be the Mayan Palace, but I’d put it right up there with them.

The public spaces were clean and well looked after, and our condo was just as clean. It felt modern and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, plus an amazing ocean view. This was our first stay, but we’ll definitely return. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Esmeralda and Yesenia were especially lovely, always working hard with smiles and going out of their way to make our family’s visit memorable. Thank you both, your effort really shows.

We travel often, and nearly all of our trips are excellent, so staying in 701 was a huge letdown. The televisions didn’t work, lamps were broken, and there was no coffee or shampoo in the room. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this condo. Gil Bivens & Joann Romero
