Sonoran Sun 214-W

The ground-floor East 102 is our favorite at Sonoran Sun. It’s spacious, recently updated, and has new appliances. The kids can step right onto the grass and head straight to the beach, while the unit’s a little apart from the pool for extra privacy. The ocean is only about 50 steps away. We’ve stayed here many times because we love Rocky Point and Sonoran Sun. CasaGo’s staff always look after us well. Groundskeepers, housekeeping, reception, and management are all friendly, professional, and attentive. The property is well maintained and service is dependable. The pool bar is well stocked, and the food is good. We also really enjoy the town and its people.

The resort is very clean, and the staff are polite and accommodating. Still, we won’t stay here again. We’re in our 60s and came to relax, but the supposed adult pool wasn’t adult-only. Kids were allowed in because their pool wasn’t heated, and by the swim-up bar there were squirt guns, rafts, and screaming children everywhere. Don’t advertise an adult pool if children can use it. That feels misleading and hurts the condo owners. It was also upsetting to see children sitting at the swim-up bar beside adults who were drinking. There are only so many seats, and kids were taking up half the bar where they shouldn’t be.

We had such a lovely stay, and the price felt well worth it. The whole experience was awesome. I’d highly recommend vacationing here.

It’s easy to walk to the tennis court and grill area, and the resort has a restaurant and good security. This end of the beach, near the other resorts, is less busy. Our beachfront room was very nice, as were the pool and spa. The beach massages were great.
