The staff are so nice, and the drinks are good. Happy Hour ends at 6pm, and the food is really good too. But the views and sunsets are amazing, making this a great spot for drinks, a meal, or a special occasion for couples. It’s very steep getting here, so we take an Uber. Highly recommend!

It’s always a lovely evening here, with ambient live music and excellent food. If you ask Jorge to perform, there’s a great coffee show too. The view of Bahia de Banderas is amazing. Highly recommended.

Our first two visits to Casa Isabel were wonderful, so I wish we’d stopped there. The food was still great and the setting dreamy, and the drinks arrived quickly. The six of us were happy chatting while the food took a little longer. After the table was cleared, though, we were asked about dessert and then left waiting for 45 minutes. When we finally got our waiter’s attention, he looked annoyed, said they were very busy, and rushed through the choices. The room didn’t look busy to me, and I even took photos of the empty tables. When we asked him to repeat the options, he glared at us. A restaurant where people aren’t treated with dignity and respect should be avoided.

Both dinners were awful, and no one checked on us during the meal. I ordered the catch of the day and my friend had the tuna. The manager took our order, rather than a waiter. My fish was so tough that at first I blamed the knife, but it was hard, rubbery, and dry. Given my Food Science background, I’d guess it had been frozen for who knows how long. The tuna was tasteless too. Only when we were about to ask for the bill did someone ask if we wanted anything else. As we left, I told the manager how bad dinner had been. He just said he’d tell the staff. With food like that and that attitude, I’ll NEVER eat there again.
