The place is beautiful and close to nature, right up to the door, though it could use some maintenance. Getting there by boat was quite an experience. Fernando, the manager, gave excellent service and was very attentive.

The view is nice, and the people who look after you are kind and helpful, so kudos to them. But the online photos set me up for disappointment when I arrived. The "villas" were in very poor condition and seemed unmaintained. They were very dirty, with very old kitchen utensils and a rusty stove that didn't work. The furniture was deteriorated and leaking, the mattresses were extremely dirty and smelled bad, and there was no air conditioning. The heat was unbearable, and the fans they provided weren't enough. With so much maintenance needed, the price felt excessive. I don't think I'd return.
