Park Royal Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive Family Beach Resort

A few days here gave us just the mix of fun and relaxation we needed. The beautiful beach was one of our favorite parts, and the restaurants served delicious food with good variety and quality. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and ready to help, which made the stay even more special. Thanks to the whole team for their hard work and excellent service. We’d definitely love to come back!

Our family had a great vacation here. The kids, who were 10-16, loved playing in the ocean, and we liked having a smaller resort with our gaggle of kids. We had an ocean-view room, nothing fancy, but it was a nice place to sleep and have coffee in the morning. There was always something at the buffet we enjoyed, the food was great, and the drinks were good. Service was hit and miss. The Mexican vibe felt authentic, there weren’t too many vendors, and we got to practice our spanish. We especially liked Smith’s dance classes, the cooking classes, and the crazy pool games. A great family place all around.

The food was 4/5, just resort food, so don’t come expecting anything crazy. We had an amazing time, though. Smith at the pool was super interactive and really ate with his dancing. Take a little time to dance with him, he made the experience fun. Awesome service!

The roaches were a problem, and I had to wait until the next day to get towels. I also asked for a replacement hairdryer four days ago because the one in the room was broken, but it still hasn’t arrived. Meal times are tough with young kids: lunch starts at 1, munchies at 12:30, and the seafood restaurant at 1:30, after breakfast at 7:30. Munchies should start around 11 or 11:30. Also, if you leave your pool chairs briefly, staff may remove your belongings from them.
