The staff and service were horrible, and the rooms were disgusting. The bathrooms had no soap to wash your hands and no toilet paper. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never been treated like this. This is the worst place I’ve ever been. Please don’t come here, go somewhere else. If I could give it zero, I would. Horrible!

The only nice thing is that it’s steps from the beach. The rooms were filthy and disgusting, the blankets were old with cigarette burns, the toilet had no water, and the walls looked like vandals had broken in. Alberto gave terrible service and had a bad temper, and the price he charged me didn’t match what was listed on Booking.com. I absolutely don’t recommend it. Don’t go, you’ll be disappointed. I had no other choice since I was traveling with a young child and didn’t want to expose her to the risks, especially with it being so late.

I made a reservation, then politely messaged to cancel without being charged. The response was enough to make me imagine what the service and everything else might be like. Thank goodness we changed our minds. I’ve attached a photo as evidence. What terrible customer service!
