With our three children, all under five, we were sent to park and enjoy the water area, but the experience with staff was awful. At check-in they gave us bracelets but wouldn't hand over our room key. The front desk woman, ELENA, was rude and disrespectful, and seemed to stay an extra 15 minutes just to give us a hard time before grabbing her things and leaving. The issue started with two bracelets. They were handed to us and not put on us, and she had clearly seen that happen. She said she didn't know why her coworker had done it and that they weren't supposed to, but she'd let it happen. Then Elena wanted to charge extra fees that would have come close to the price of another room just for us to get into our room. Never recommending this hotel.

Really awful experience. Elena, the staff member's name, was completely disrespectful and seemed not to care at all. I hope that was her real name. If I could give a minus zero rating, I would.

We were treated very badly by Joshana at the front desk, if that's her name. The shower was cold, and although we'd planned to stay three nights, we left after the first day. They quoted us one rate, then charged a different price.

One woman at the front desk was rude. We paid for all day park, but she kept my ID for the towels and then wanted them returned an hour after I got them. We argued until another staff member came over and said I was allowed to keep them. At the central bar, the tequila was watered down. I can usually handle two drinks, but had 11 and didn't feel any alcohol, which surprised my wife too. They also added more to our tab. And if you're against animal exploitation and captivity, this place will break your heart.

It's a nice spot to get wet, but the atmosphere wasn't friendly and the staff were rude, especially one woman named Elena. I don't recommend dealing with her. Zero stars!
