Alex, the manager, was exemplary, always available to help with anything we needed. I only wish we’d booked a longer stay. The apartment exceeded what we’d expected from the photos. It’s in a new, four-story walk-up condo building, with balconies looking toward both the mountains and the ocean. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open up entire walls to the still lively local community. The kitchen had everything we needed to look after ourselves. There’s also an open market nearby, along with Mexican restaurants and food stalls.

We were greeted by Alex when we arrived, and he gave us a really friendly welcome. The room was clean and beautiful, and he kindly gave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. There are cozy little cafes and restaurants nearby, and the Malecon is about a 15-minute walk away. Dogs barking can make the evenings noisy. I’d definitely stay here again if I visit PV.

The room was nice and the AC worked, but sleep was awful. The shower window wouldn't shut, and other open windows in the building let dogs bark through the night. I'd have rated the place much higher if I could've slept better.

Bands play in the parking garage, and this building brings noise to a neighborhood of working families that isn't even near the Ocean. It shows no care for its neighbours. This has been the worst thing to happen to our peaceful neighbourhood.
