The Marina views are wide open, and restaurants and shops are easy to walk to. It’s modern, clean, and has friendly staff. The two-bedroom space is 1,000 square feet, much nicer than a hotel, and there’s less noise than in other areas.

I spent 10 days here and everything was great. It’s the most beautiful, modern place in the marina, with a cafeteria just a few meters from the yachts and a fully equipped gym with a sauna bath. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular 360° view. From the infinity pool you can see the yachts, cruise ships, ocean, and sunsets. Wow! Five stars, this place is a ten out of ten.

I fell for the views, the surroundings, and the whole vibe. The receptionist and everyone on the team are amazing. I really recommend this place! Five stars 😍.

My wife and I had to cancel our planned three-week stay in unit 8A shortly before the balance was due. We’d booked about a year earlier and paid a 50% deposit. The remaining half was due in mid-January 2025, with our stay set to begin in late January. My wife started having medical problems in late November 2024, and they kept getting worse. We had no choice but to cancel and explained the situation to the property. We understood that the initial deposit was non-refundable and weren’t expecting any money back. But the owner heard what had happened, contacted us directly, and generously refunded half of the deposit. That was an extremely kind thing to do, and he deserves a lot of praise for it. If we vacation in Puerto Vallarta next year, or whenever we get there, we’ll definitely book this condo. Thank you!
