The staff were very helpful whenever we asked for something, and the room service meals were surprisingly good quality and value. The pool was small but nice, with sun for most of the day. Our so-called villa was really a ground-floor corner two-bedroom flat. Both bedrooms had double doors nailed shut because they opened directly onto the rear driveway. The rooms were fairly large, but the bedroom walls were crumbling and the place wasn't in great condition. The basic beds were comfortable, while the effective air con was very loud. On our last day, the drains outside had blocked up. We didn't notice anything in the rooms, but it was obvious outside. The hotel is behind a very busy petrol station and isn't well located unless you're happy to take taxis or have your own transport.

The rooms are spacious and the service is friendly, and it's good value if you want to stay near the water park. But don't use the sink, even to wash your hands. The shower and toilet were fine, but the sink water smelled like sewage, so I washed my hands in the shower each time.

The rooms were excellent, with no issues, and breakfast was good. It's a nice place for a very decent price. My only issue was the pool, which is only about 3 1/2 feet deep, and could use more lights at night.

The whole place has a pretty cool theme, and there’s a nice pool on site. The room price includes Waterpark admission, which is great with kids, and breakfast is usually included too. Just know there’s no elevator to the upper floors, so hauling a lot of heavy luggage up can be a hassle.

The room cleaning was pretty basic and didn’t feel thorough. They didn’t change the bed sheets every day, and you have to hand over your ID to get extra blankets. The cafeteria service in the morning and evening was horrible. This place is trash, not even worth one star.
