We’ve stayed here twice, in two different penthouses, and enjoyed both. The location and staff service are great, and we feel it’s good value for the money, so we’d come back. There aren’t many pool chairs, but the pool gets afternoon sun and a lovely breeze. Happy hour is great value too.

The lobby bar gets busy at happy hour, but the martinis are worth it. We also went to the salon/spa for a haircut and had a fantastic experience. They got me in pretty quickly, and Tom was AMAZING, kind, courteous, and so good to work with. He took his time and didn’t make me feel rushed. It was probably the best haircut I’ve ever had, and the price was well below what I’d pay at home. I couldn’t be happier or recommend him more.

We bought a day pass for a pool day, and the staff were so attentive even though we weren’t resort guests. The food was fresh and delicious. Great place to spend the day, and I’ll visit again.

The Day of the Dead celebration was fantastic. They put a picture of my parents on the altar, and that made me feel really connected to the ceremony. The entertainment was fun, and the traditional food was delicious. My room was beautiful, the maids kept it spotless, and the view was amazing. The staff took great care of me from booking right through departure. I’ll definitely be back soon.
