I wouldn't recommend this place. The Booking.com listing said there were two beds, but the property had only one. The cable didn't work, and there was no hot water. Management was friendly at first, then argued with us after we raised the complaint. The next day, both of us had nasty bites on our upper thighs. I can't confirm they were bed bugs since I've never encountered them before, but the bites definitely came from the hotel overnight.

It's a walk-up, with a small but nice pool and no views. The big plus is how close it is to the south end of the malecón. For the money, these secure, clean, simple efficiency apartments are excellent value. The staff and management are wonderful.

The rooms smelled of smoke, and the doorknob on mine was coming off. The door only had a click-lock that could be opened with a hairpin, and the place looked nothing like the photo. For that price, I wouldn't stay here again. Garbage place.

The staff were so nice and respectful, and even held a parking spot for us right out front. The beach is just steps away, and the location is amazing for getting to the bars and restaurants too. Thank you all.

We ended up here in an emergency after finding ourselves in Satan's personal Airbnb, and were lucky to get a room since the place is always booked. Pepe and the front desk person were super friendly. We stayed two nights and found the place comfortable, with an old Mexican charm. Our room had a king-size bed, working AC, and hot water. That might sound basic, but those things aren't always available in old town PV.
